Engagements
Client engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement signed with AdmerTech Labs.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — copy, design, imagery, and code — is owned by AdmerTech Labs unless otherwise noted. Deliverables under client engagements are transferred to the client per the terms of each agreement.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall AdmerTech Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
